This week was difficult for the people of Kyiv, constant night shelling and alarms continued, but our service continues. 

Our partner foundation "Ecumenical Committee for Medical and Social Assistance of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, the Roman Catholic Church, the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in the Lviv region" takes care of forcibly displaced persons, in particular children, in the Lviv region.

These two days were restless in Kyiv, 4 powerful shelling of the city. But our volunteers are indomitable, like all of Ukraine. Tetyana Honcharuk, Oksana Prokhorenko and her neighbor together prepared delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals for forty wounded people who are in the hospital of the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology. In the summer, and under shelling, believe me, this is not an easy task. But ours managed. 

The history of this family is amazing. Trials began with the birth of a son. Ian was born disabled.

This time the watch was taken over by the Matros couple, Natalka and Serhiy made the necessary purchases and prepared wonderful home-made dishes, appetizing and tasty, with fresh salad. 

Весна принесла своє довгоочікуване тепло, наш улюблений Київ квітне каштанами, але госпіталь Інституту ортопедії та травматології працює напружено, всі палати забиті важкопораненими з усієї передової, і не тільки .
