The hot July days have come, the alarms and night shelling continue, but our friendly volunteer family is consistently taking care of forty wounded in the hospital.
A difficult test for a married couple, Maria Chupinina and Yuriy Korolchuk, to raise and care for eleven disabled children. Four of the children are already teenagers, the eldest of whom, Jan, is their biological son, and the rest are infants, children of war.
We are approaching the middle of summer, this is the third summer of our regular weekly service, in which we try to support and help forty wounded people in a specialized hospital, where patients with severe musculoskeletal injuries are treated.
Recently, there has been fierce shelling throughout Ukraine, with a lot of destruction and wounded. The hospital, where we support 40 beds, is delivering especially seriously wounded people, providing them with highly qualified medical care.
Constant daily shelling continues for several hours throughout Ukraine, causing a lot of destruction, casualties and injuries. Last night alone in Kyiv, dozens of injured. Our volunteer team continues to support forty wounded in a specialized hospital for patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
