HELP FOR THE SERIOUSLY WOUNDED IN KYIV – 175

 

Support for forty wounded in a specialized hospital for musculoskeletal system injuries continues with the onset of the calendar winter. Although autumn has not yet brought us frosts.

This week, our craftsmen – Tetyana Honcharuk, Olena Matveeva, and the Ralchenkos – prepared delicious and nutritious homemade meals. They packaged everything in portions. They bought most of the food for cooking at their own expense. Yuriy Ralchenko also purchased water for all forty wounded. Iryna Korittseva bought and packaged groceries and fruit. The highlight of the event was Lolita Basaliya, who joined the service, set up a virtual beauty salon, and cut the hair of a large number of those who wanted to among the wounded. Now they will be healthy, well-fed, and beautiful. In addition, Iryna distributed underwear and sportswear that she received from her Ukrainian colleagues from Brussels.

We are sincerely grateful to all our volunteers who joined the campaign, as well as to our distant colleagues from the Theosophical Order of Service from New Zealand. With such support, winter is not scary for us, we will survive the winter!
