Before the start of the new school year, it was a pleasure to provide assistance to a family of internally displaced persons from the occupied part of Kherson region. The father of this family died, and in the arms of their mother, Olena Kazimova, four children were left, one of them seriously ill.

Now this family has found shelter in Odessa. Our Odessa volunteer Oleksandr Makarov met with the family and together with them they purchased new clothes and shoes for the children, as well as the necessary school supplies for school. They are all very grateful for the help, for attention to their needs, responsiveness and compassion.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our TOS colleague from Odessa Oleksandr Makarov and all members of TOS New Zealand, who provided targeted financial assistance for these war-affected people. May mom and all the children be healthy, joyful, study well, help mom and each other, and love their Motherland.
