For the second year, our Kharkiv volunteers have been supporting the family of a disabled IDP, Serhiy Omelyanenko, who lives in a dormitory with his elderly parents, who also need care and assistance.

They are IDPs from Kupyansk. Since the beginning of the war, Serhiy has developed a serious illness that has now almost confined him to bed. This family cannot solve their life problems on their own. This week, Valentina Datsko and Evdokia Wenger visited the family of IDPs, purchased, by prior arrangement, the products, medicines and things they need. It is important for people to know that someone cares about them, is ready to come to their aid, and support them.

A big thank you to our volunteers in Kharkiv for their responsiveness, kindness, and regular assistance to the affected people. We thank our colleagues from TOC in Portugal for their targeted financial support for this action. We believe in the Victory of Love, Goodness, and Light. We hope for a just end to the war.
