This July, our volunteer team celebrates three years of supporting forty wounded people with serious musculoskeletal injuries who are in a specialized hospital under highly qualified medical supervision.
In three years, we have not missed a single weekly service, and we have done everything from the heart, sincerely, with compassion and joy of service. These are thousands of people, each with their own dreams, hopes, with their own grief and hope for recovery. The war continues, and so does our service. This week, the campaign was prepared by Yevgenia Shvetsova’s team. Using the funds collected from her friends, colleagues at work and neighbors, she, together with her daughter Maria and her friends Yulia Sivtsova and Olga Merezhko, prepared delicious and nutritious homemade meals. They themselves packed everything in boxes. Oleksandr Dovgopol bought groceries and helped take all the groceries and the volunteers to the hospital. There they carried everything around the floors, carried it to the wards and distributed it to the wounded. Of course, with smiles, good wishes, and heartfelt sympathy.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined this campaign, physically and with their financial contributions, and we also express our heartfelt gratitude to our TOC colleagues from France for their targeted financial support. Together we bring our victory closer and strengthen the fighting spirit of our compatriots.
