HELP FOR THE SEVERELY WOUNDED IN KYIV - 113

 

Rocket attacks in Ukraine continue every day, many are injured. The most seriously injured people from all over Ukraine are sent to the hospital of the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics.

Unfortunately, government spending on food and hospital stays has not been revised for many years, so people need help. Forty patients of the hospital have been receiving weekly support from the Theosophical Order of Service in Ukraine for more than two years. This time, the entire team prepared delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals with love and compassion for the victims. This is Yevgenia Shvetsova together with her daughter Maria and her co-workers Yulia Sivtsova, Iryna Moiseyenko and Natalia Buglak. They used their own funds to buy food for meals, as well as vegetables and fruits, they prepared everything themselves, even home-made cookies with nuts. The wines were laid out in portions. Groceries were purchased by Oleksiy Toponar. Tetyana Arifkhojaev and her son Oleksiy Toponar, as well as Yevheniya and Maria Shvetsova, took all the products to the hospital in their own transport. They carried everything around the floors, delivered it to the wards and distributed it to the wounded people. This is the most responsible part of the service, because along with the products there is an exchange of energy and information, hope, love, support and faith are transferred.
