On June 4, our TOS assistance came to two villages of Bucha district in Kyiv region: the villages of Potashnya and Bondarnya, with a population of more than 250 people now.

During the fighting, these villages were on the line of demarcation between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Russian troops. More than 60% of the buildings were destroyed by enemy artillery (GRAD) so that Ukrainian troops could not occupy the villages (38 houses were completely destroyed, about 30 were significantly damaged). People knew about the delivery of humanitarian aid and were already waiting. There are no regular sales of basic necessities and products now, and there is no regular transport and access to information sources. It hurts to look at the destroyed cozy estates and people who survived this disaster. People are happy for any help, good will people, waiting for good news. Many thanks to our volunteers Oleksandr Dovhopol, Yegor and Yaroslav Korotkov, who bought the necessary things and delivered them to those who need help with their own transport. Many thanks also to our Brothers and Sisters in the TOS of America and Portugal for providing financial support for this humanitarian assistance. We believe that these villages will be rebuilt and will be even better.
