In October, another, second action was held at the family-type Children's Home, which was created by Maria Chupinina and Yuriy Korolchuk. They have 10 children: their son Jan is 22 years old, their adopted daughter Maria is 18 years old, they are also raising two teenagers and six children under the age of two, who were abandoned by their parents already now, during the war. All children have disabilities from birth.

Our Kharkiv volunteers Yevdokia Wenger, Valentyna Datsko and Mykola Tovstyak visited them. Today, the family is not in the best of times - four children are in the hospital, two teenagers and two toddlers. Despite the concern of parents and care for sick children, a calm, friendly atmosphere reigns in the family; adult children help parents of babies. We were glad to see that the children feel good in the family: they smile, radiate joy, are friendly; a big progress in their development is noticeable: babies Oleg and Mia are already stomping their feet, Roman has gained weight, can sit and stand.

We are sincerely grateful to our TOS colleagues from France for targeted financial support. This is help to the family in the treatment of children, the purchase of medicines for sick children. Our volunteers also did not come empty-handed, they brought goodies, vegetables and fruits for the children. Let them grow as real people, gain strength and skills. And we don't say goodbye, we stay in touch.
