On May 1, Labor Day, one of our four teams worked for the hospital of the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
Oksana Prokhorenko-Duchenko and her domestic helpers prepared delicious and nutritious home-made meals, brought them while they were still hot (she started cooking at 4 in the morning). Gastronomic products, vegetables and fruits were purchased by Natalia Usenko and Iryna Korytseva, they packaged everything, brought it to the hospital, delivered it to the wards and distributed it to the victims. I also wanted to thank sick people for their hard work in overcoming pain, suffering and weakness. But it wasn’t needed to encourage anyone, because people were optimistic, positive, and sincerely thanked for the support. Iryna used her own transport, as before.
Great gratitude for such a stable manifestation of humanity to all who put their efforts into the preparation and holding of this event. We are grateful to our colleagues of TOS from France for the targeted financial support of this action.
